We have identified several issues with the Hero Pass and are currently investigating and working to resolve them. The confirmed issues are as follows.
Electric is currently displayed on the Hero Track, but the Hero for this season is Octobber. The Hero information displayed on the track is incorrect, while the actual rewards have been correctly set as Octobber-exclusive equipment.
Due to the current issue, rewards are not being granted even after activating the Hero Pass. If you have already purchased the Hero Track, there is no need to purchase it again even if you have not received the rewards.
We will identify players who did not receive their rewards after purchase based on their purchase records and grant the missing rewards during server maintenance.
The Octobber Pass was originally scheduled to run throughout August, but the pass period will be extended until 30 September.
We have also confirmed that some incorrect items are included among the Pass rewards.
The wig is currently set to NG (light green) / CY / LP, but the correct configuration is CY / R (brown) / LP. These rewards will be updated as part of the correction process.
We are currently investigating the cause of the issues identified above and will provide another update as soon as the fixes have been completed.
In particular, as this issue is preventing rewards from being granted correctly after payment, we will review purchase records to identify any missing rewards and take the necessary steps to ensure that they are properly granted.
Until the issues have been resolved, we ask that you refrain from making any purchases for the time being. We apologise for any inconvenience caused while playing the game. We will do our best to provide a stable and reliable service.
