To maintain a fair and healthy gaming environment, we have taken action against accounts and clans that were found to have violated our Operations Policy.
Permanent restrictions have been applied to accounts that significantly compromised the fairness of the game by violating our Operations Policy.
We have confirmed that some clans received illegally acquired Clan Gold that could not have been obtained through normal gameplay. Following our investigation and in accordance with our Operations Policy, we have taken the following actions.
Clans that did not use the illegally acquired Clan Gold will have all such currency removed, after which clan operations will be resumed.
Clans that have already used the illegally acquired Clan Gold and do not have sufficient remaining currency for recovery will be permanently suspended in accordance with our Operations Policy.
All clan leader accounts associated with the affected clans are currently restricted.
Additional actions will be carried out during the scheduled maintenance on 15 July 2026. Following the results of our investigation, restrictions will be lifted for clan management accounts that are confirmed to have no direct involvement in any hacking activity.
※ Scheduled maintenance takes place every Wednesday from 10:00 to 12:00 (UTC+9). The schedule may be subject to change due to internal circumstances. Any changes will be announced through the official community notices.
The Operations Team takes all actions that compromise fair gameplay seriously and responds in accordance with our Operations Policy.
If you encounter any abnormal gameplay or behaviour that violates our Operations Policy, please report it with supporting evidence, such as video footage, so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action as quickly as possible.
We will continue to do our best to provide a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all players.
