We have identified instances where in-game currency was acquired through abnormal methods and the use of unauthorised hacking programmes. In accordance with our operating policy, the following measures have been taken:
The accounts of users who acquired currency through abnormal methods have been permanently suspended.
No sanctions have been applied to the accounts of leaders who transacted with hackers but voluntarily reported the incident. However, all illegally obtained Clan Gold has been retrieved.
For Clans that received illegal Clan Gold but did not spend it, the Clan Gold has been retrieved. The suspensions currently placed on these leaders are scheduled to be lifted.
Clans confirmed to have engaged in inappropriate transactions with hackers and spent the illegal Clan Gold will face permanent operational suspension. Clan leaders will have their suspensions lifted, provided they were not directly involved in the hacking.
Notice to members: All members of the affected clans must leave their respective clans by the start of the server maintenance on 11 March (UTC+9). Please be advised that any accounts remaining in these clans after the maintenance may be subject to the same sanctions as the clan itself.
