■ If a Different Account Is Loaded / Game Data Is Reset

If a different account is loaded, it is likely because you have logged in with another account. 

Rest assured, issues related to game data being reset should not occur.

If you remember the account you used, please log in with the correct one.

If you don’t remember, you’ll need to try logging in with all the accounts you have until the correct one is loaded.


If you believe your account has been reset, please submit your user ID.



■ If You Have Lost an External Account (e.g., Google, Game Center)

The MilkChoco support team cannot recover Google or Apple accounts on your behalf.
Please contact your email provider.


If you have deleted your account or have completely lost it, please apply for an account transfer.

※ A purchase receipt is required for an account transfer. If you’ve never made an in-app purchase, the transfer cannot be completed.
