[MilkChoco] I want to transfer my account.

To transfer existing game data to a new account, please contact the support team.

  • This applies if you have switched devices from Android to iOS, or vice versa,
  • if you can no longer access your existing account,
    • if you have lost or deleted your Google or Apple account, or if you want to transfer from a guardian’s account to your own account.


The requirements for applying are as follows:

  • Account transfers are only possible once.
    • If either of the two accounts has been swapped, the transfer cannot be processed.
    • You cannot switch back to Android after transferring an existing account from Android to iOS, and vice versa.
  • Transfers are only possible between Android and iOS devices.
    • Nintendo Switch accounts cannot be transferred.
    • The account transfer feature for MilkChoco Defense is not yet available.

■ Transfer Method

Let’s refer to the existing account as A and the new account as B. The accounts are connected as follows:


Logging in with Google Account A will load MilkChoco Account A, 

while logging in with Google Account B will load MilkChoco Account B.


An account transfer means that MilkChoco Account A and B will swap places. This is referred to as a swap.


From now on, logging in with Google Account B will load MilkChoco Account A.

Although this example uses Google accounts, the process is the same if one of the accounts is an Apple account.


[Note]

  • Instead of transferring each individual element, the entire account is transferred.
    • All information, including user number, name, level, characters, items, and currency, will be transferred as is. You cannot select specific information to transfer.
  • As long as the player has access to both accounts, they can continue to use both accounts even after the transfer.
    • You can use either account with peace of mind, as neither will be lost or restricted.


■ How to Check Receipts (Android)

Open the Gmail app installed on your device and find the order receipt from 'Google Play.'

The MilkChoco account and the account used for payment may be different. Be careful not to search for receipts in the wrong account.

The order number is in the format 'GPA.0000-0000-0000-00000.'

If the status is 'Pending,' the payment has not been completed yet, so please wait until the order number is issued.

The order ID is a 10-digit code that combines letters and numbers.
