If you did not receive an item after payment, please restart the app and check if the following message appears:
"The last payment was not completed. Please try again at the store."
If this message appears, go to the store and press the purchase button for the last item you bought. You should be able to receive the item.

If you purchased the MC Pass but did not receive it, it will be unlocked during the upcoming server maintenance.
If the MC Pass was purchased multiple times, it will be unlocked from the current season starting with the upcoming server maintenance and for each subsequent season.
For example, if you purchased MC Pass Season 5 three times, it will unlock Seasons 6, 7, and 8 consecutively.
Please note that previous season services will not be compensated if the season changes while you are inquiring.

Open the Gmail app installed on your device and find the order receipt sent by Google Play.
The MilkChoco account and the payment account may be different, so be careful not to search for receipts in the wrong account.
The order number will be in the format GPA.0000-0000-0000-00000.

If the status is 'Pending,' the payment has not yet been fully completed, so please wait until the order number is issued.
The order ID will be a 10-digit code consisting of letters and numbers.
