[MilkChoco] I did not receive the item I purchased.

If you did not receive an item after payment, please restart the app and check if the following message appears:

"The last payment was not completed. Please try again at the store."

If this message appears, go to the store and press the purchase button for the last item you bought. You should be able to receive the item.


[Note]

  • Do not proceed with additional payments; only check if you receive the item.
  • If the message appears even though you have not missed any items, please reinstall the app. (If reinstalling does not remove the message, make sure to delete the app entirely, not just clear the cache.)
  • If you request a refund without guidance from the developer (operator), your account usage may be restricted.

If the message does not appear or you still do not receive the item, please inform the support team.


Processing of payment errors varies by platform:

■ Handling of the MC Pass

  • If a purchase issue is confirmed, the pass will be unlocked during the upcoming server maintenance.
  • If the pass was purchased multiple times, starting from the current season, as of the upcoming server maintenance, one pass will be unlocked per season. For example, if Season 5 was purchased three times, Seasons 6, 7, and 8 will be unlocked consecutively. 
    If the season changes while the issue is being confirmed, compensation will not be provided for the previous season.


■ How to Check Receipts (Android)

Open the Gmail app installed on your device and find the order receipt sent by Google Play.

The MilkChoco account and the payment account may be different, so be careful not to search for receipts in the wrong account.

The order number will be in the format GPA.0000-0000-0000-00000.

If the status is 'Pending,' the payment has not yet been fully completed, so please wait until the order number is issued.

The order ID will be a 10-digit code consisting of letters and numbers.
