■ Clan Recovery

• If the leader did not pass the clan to a sub-leader, the clan wouldn't be modified or couldn't be modified. 
• We do not modify clans in the game without the leader's consent or request. 
• Any clan leadership transfer request must go under account verification from the leader and sub-leader.

■ Clan equipment unlock

• To use the exclusive weapon, you must be a member of a clan.
• It can be unlocked by the Clan Master.
• Clan weapons can be unlocked if you reach a certain level and if you have enough clan gold.
• If you leave your current clan and join a new clan, you won't be able to use that clan's weapon unless it's already unlocked.

■ Clan Deletion

• Only the Leader can Delete the Clan.
• There are also other factors that a clan might get deleted if the clan leader was involved in performing malicious activities in the game example for using hacks and illegal programs in the game.
•  Once a clan is deleted, it cannot be recovered. The data associated with the clan is permanently erased.

■ Clan Emblem not attached properly

• The clan emblem image must be 32x32 pixels. 
• If the image size is incorrect, the emblem will not be attached correctly. 
• We do not refund for incorrectly attached images due to player mistakes, so please check the size before attaching.

■ Clan Coins Donated are not reflected 

• On the Clan Gold Donation screen, the displayed values represent [Your Clan Gold before donation], [Clan Gold to be donated], and [Clan Gold after donation]. 
• Ensure you check your current clan's gold before donating, as the gold after donation is not immediately added to the displayed total.

■ Conditions required to raise clan level

• There are certain requirements that you must reach for you to level up your clan. 
• There is a current required exp and clan gold that will be shown to level up a clan.

■ How to create a Clan

• You need to be at least Rank 23 to create a clan. 
• You need at least 5,000 gold.
• You can create a clan by pressing the four squares logo on the home screen and then clicking “clan” After that, click “New+” on the right side of the screen.

▽ Additionals: 

• Clan wars and friendly matches don't give you any experience points.
• You may have 15 members in your clan, from the start of its creation.
• The maximum number increases as the clan increases in level. 
• There are clan wars, and the ranking system is balanced, with clans of the same level fighting.
• Exclusive weapons and accessories can be unlocked by the clan using clan gold, which can then be bought by the members using normal gold or diamonds. 
• Clan Gold and Clan Exp. were gained after a clan war. Clan gold can also be obtained through donations.
