 Not appearing in the rankings

  • There is an error in the current Star League rankings, which may result in your account not being listed even if you have accumulated enough SP. 
  • In essence, the current display board does not accurately reflect the player's rank. 
  • Therefore, if you find yourself within the top 100 of this season and believe you have not received a medal, please contact our Customer Support for further assistance. 


■ Rewards not received

 If you think you haven't received the rewards, please contact our Customer Support and provide the following information.

- User ID

- The date the issue occurred

- Which season of the Star League


■ Unable to Purchase Costumes

  • To purchase Star League costumes, you need to be in the top 100 for the season. 
  • Having just enough Starcoin balance is not sufficient to buy the costume.
  • The eligibility to purchase these costumes is determined by your ranking in the Star League.


SP has been reset

  • Upon the season replacement,  SP will be reset. However, this does not mean that all players' SP will be set to 0; each rank undergoes a distinct initialization point. 
  • Occasionally, rankings may experience a significant drop, which is not an error.
  • The SP gradually decreases by 10% each month before the reset.


■ Star League Invalidation

  • If a player leaves within 30 seconds after the game starts, the match will be canceled. 
  • The departing player will receive a recorded loss, and their SP will decrease. 
  • Moreover, accumulating 3 leaves will result in a penalty, prohibiting entry into the Star League for 5 minutes.
  • On the other hand, there are no penalties or records for other players except for the one who left.
