MilkChoco Official Site Game Guide FAQ
Account

■ Device Change

  • If you switch to a different software, you cannot log in with the existing account on a new device. For example, if a player moves from Android to iOS, it's normal not to retrieve the existing Google account because logging into Milk Choco on iOS automatically connects the logged-in Game Center account. Even if Google and Apple accounts use the same email, they are different accounts. Therefore, the phenomenon of data appearing to be reset is normal. To play on a new device with the previous account, you need to [Transfer Data].

■ Account Loss

  • In case the account is reset
  • If you have multiple accounts, sometimes another account may be mistakenly logged in. To recover the account, make sure to connect it correctly. Note that reinstalling the app, losing the device, or logging out does not delete your data, so don't worry.

■ Account Deletion

  • Regarding in-game account reset
  • If you are using an iOS device, you can reset data in the in-app settings. Find the account deletion button in the settings. Also, it takes a week for the data to be deleted after requesting data deletion. This is a grace period in case of accidental deletion, so please wait even if you want to delete the data immediately.
  • After deleting the account, the data is permanently lost and cannot be recovered, so decide carefully.
  • You can cancel the request if you resume playing within 7 days. To cancel the request, press the cancel deletion button.
  • Account reset is not possible for Android and Nintendo Switch, so use a different account or disconnect.
