Q1❓: It requires improvements for the 3 non-preferred maps (Spray Painting / Kill Devil / Bomb Battle).

① Spray Painting / Kill Devil: We will undergo a comprehensive map renewal to enhance the overall gaming experience and inject more fun into these maps.
② Bomb Battle:We've identified certain issues, including "matching problems" and "high difficulty". Recognizing the critical role of teamwork in this mode, our priority is to address these issues and transform the map into an exclusive clan war arena.
③ Ice Bang: This map will undergo a thorough update after the renewal process.
Q2❓: Bot improvements and nerfs are needed.
Answer❗️: We understand the necessity for adjustments in certain ranks, and we're committed to debuffing and enhancing the performance of bots. ur approach includes closely monitoring bot balances at the highest ranks to determine the most fitting direction for refinement.
In addition, we acknowledge the significance of offering diverse bot experiences, particularly for beginner-level users and those playing during times with fewer active users. To elevate user enjoyment and cater to beginners, our focus is on refining the difficulty of bots by level.
Q3❓: Hero and Weapon balance issues in the game
Answer❗️: WWe have previously addressed concerns regarding weapon and hero balance with the July 2023 update, we recognize that there may still be areas of dissatisfaction. In MilkChoco, achieving balance is paramount, necessitating a comprehensive analysis of data for precise adjustments.
The process involves monitoring user patterns, scrutinizing statistics for each character and weapon, and more, which, understandably, takes time. We diligently collect, test, and release data to users only when we are confident in its accuracy. We acknowledge that the pace of these adjustments may not always align with user expectations.
In response, our developers are collaborating with external partners to expedite this process. Leveraging feedback from a diverse user base and utilizing internal data, we are actively working to shorten the update time for sensitive balance issues.
Q4❓: Costume discounts and various costumes release
Answer❗️: We've gathered valuable feedback on a variety of costume ideas. A key concern raised involves certain MilkChoco hero costumes obstructing part of the head, potentially impacting accurate targeting. To address this, our team is committed to enhancing this aspect, ensuring a smoother gameplay experience. Additionally, we aim to introduce a wider array of cute costumes for your enjoyment.
Q5❓: Optimization and Resolution Lag
Answer❗️: Despite continuous efforts to optimize the game with each update, we acknowledge persistent lag issues between users across continents. Rest assured, we are dedicated to addressing and improving this aspect, striving to minimize lag and enhance the overall gaming experience.
Q6❓: Addtion of Reporting Feature
Answer❗️: The integration of MilkChoco's reporting feature is in our development pipeline, although it is not currently our primary focus. Nonetheless, we have a dedicated team member overseeing reports submitted through Facebook and email. Upon receiving an active report, we commit to a thorough examination of user patterns and data, implementing appropriate measures based on the severity of the violation.

* Usage of macros: Permanent Suspension
* Win/lose manipulation: The 1st offense will result in a warning, and the 2nd offense will lead to a permanent suspension. However, frequent manipulations may result in permanent suspension without prior warning.

Consequently, updates, improvements, and other developments may take a bit longer compared to larger games, and we understand this might be disappointing.
