For refunds due to a user change of mind, requests must be made within 15 days from the date of payment, and the item must not have been used.
For services like the MC Pass, where items are not received immediately, you must request a refund before receiving the item.
Refunds will not be processed for very old transactions, so please request a refund as soon as you become aware of unauthorized payments by your child.
