The return policy for change of mind is as follows:
- Android (Returns are not available for iOS and Nintendo Switch.)
- Orders must be reported within 15 days of the purchase date.
- Only packages consisting solely of in-game currency (such as diamonds, gold, etc.) obtained through "in-app purchase" are eligible for return.
- Packages that include content other than in-game currency (such as items, costumes, boosters purchased with in-game currency) cannot be returned.
