Game Crash / Unable to Launch / Delay

The common causes and symptoms of game crashes, launch failures, and lag issues are as follows.

■ Unstable Connection

The following issues are all due to communication delays:

  • Ad rewards are not received.
  • Watching ads has been blocked.
  • The screen showing "connecting to the server" does not end (infinite loading or endless loading).
  • The remaining battle time has dropped to a negative number.
  • All players except me have stopped moving during the battle.
  • Other players do not recognize me during the battle.
  • I aimed precisely and fired, but the shots did not hit the enemy.

When playing MilkChoco:

  • If you are using public Wi-Fi (e.g., in schools or subways), and experience lag, it is best not to play.
  • Whenever possible, use the server located in your region for better performance.


 Insufficient memory

Installing new apps or background updates of existing apps can cause your device to run low on RAM.


※ RAM and storage space are different. RAM is typically around 8GB, so if you have more than that, the issue is likely related to storage space, not RAM.


We recommend having 4GB of RAM to play MilkChoco effectively.

To free up RAM on an Android device, please follow these steps:

  • Settings > Battery and Device Care > RAM > Clean Now
  • Close Background Apps Manually
  • Uninstall Unnecessary Apps
  • Restart Your Device

■ Apps That Restrict Mobile Use

MilkChoco cannot be used on devices with Family Link installed.

Please allow your child to log in to MilkChoco.
